Today

Four things daily, everything else when convenient: set your One Thing, move the primary venture, touch uni, tick your habits. That is the whole daily obligation — Balance, Finance, Goals and the Log are weekly at most. If maintaining this dashboard ever becomes the thing you do instead of the work, it has turned into another avoidance mechanism. Skip a section guilt-free; the Discipline Index only measures the four.

Today's schedule

Connected to Google Calendar, today's events land here on their own. You can also paste a list in, or add blocks one at a time — anything you add by hand is never overwritten by a sync.

Balance

Every domain gets a weekly floor. Hit all of them and the week counts as intact, regardless of how it felt. This is the tab that stops one thing collapsing while another goes brilliantly.
Floors, not targets. A floor is the least you will accept in a week, not what you are aiming for. Set them low enough that a genuinely terrible week still clears them — that is what makes them non-negotiable. Everything above the floor is upside, and it should nearly always go to the primary venture.

Where the week went

Proportions, not intentions. This is the one view that makes a lopsided week impossible to argue with.

Which floor breaks first

Four completed weeks per domain. Green cleared the floor, red didn't.

Log hours

Rough is fine — half-hour resolution is plenty. Log as you go, or reconstruct the day in one hit each evening.

Week integrity — last 8 weeks

Protected domains

The ones that must not be quietly paid with. When a protected floor falls behind while something else runs ahead, Today says so — by name, on the day, not in a monthly review.

Domains & floors

Ventures

Three businesses, one calendar. Axon is primary — the other two stay alive on maintenance until one earns promotion or gets killed. Name them and write each thesis in a line; anything you can't describe in one sentence probably isn't a business yet.

Habits

Tick today, watch the grid fill. Each habit has a weekly target rather than a perfect-streak requirement — missing a Tuesday should not write off the week.
Start with fewer than you want to. Every habit you add dilutes the ones already here. Five held for a year beats fifteen held for a fortnight — and a wall of red is its own kind of demotivation.

The Vault

Why the freeze exists: a new idea reliably shows up at the exact moment the current work turns boring or hard, and it arrives feeling like inspiration rather than avoidance. Capturing it costs nothing and keeps the creativity intact. Acting on it immediately is how three businesses became three unfinished businesses. If it is still compelling in a fortnight, it was real.

Plan Ahead

Plan tonight for tomorrow, or run through the whole week on your Sunday reset. Anything added here lands automatically in Today once that date arrives — it is the same storage, just written ahead of time.

Schedule for

Backlog

Everything you need to do but haven't picked a time for. Get it out of your head and in here — an undated task you've written down stops costing you attention. When you're ready to commit to one, schedule it and it moves into that day's tasks.
Not a to-do list to feel guilty about: this is a holding pen, not a backlog to clear. A long list here is fine and normal. Pull from it when you have capacity — don't let its length become another thing to avoid.

Calendar

Your Google Calendar, read-only. It stays private — Google only shows it to the account signed in on this device, so nobody else loading this page can see it.
Not loading? Safari and iOS block the cross-site cookies Google needs to recognise you inside an embed. If it shows a permission error on your iPhone, open it in the Google Calendar app instead — or use the schedule on the Today tab, which you can tick off as you go.

Notes

A scratchpad for anything that isn't a task or a journal entry — a grocery list, tonight's gym session, a plan for the afternoon, a quote worth keeping. Notes save as you type. Nothing here is dated or tracked.

The Launcher

For the task you keep avoiding. Shrink it until starting is embarrassingly easy, then start a 10-minute clock. Motion first, motivation follows.
Anti-Procrastination Protocol

Name the thing you're avoiding — not the project, the very next physical action.

10:00
Mechanism
Why this works for you
Avoidance attaches to the idea of a task, not the task itself — the imagined version is always bigger, vaguer and worse than the real one. Naming a single physical action collapses that gap, and two minutes in, the resistance has nothing left to hold onto.

Watch for the specific move your brain makes here: when the current work turns boring, a genuinely exciting new idea arrives. That is not inspiration arriving, it is the work being declined. Send it to the Vault and start the clock anyway.
24-Hour Rule
For new commitments
Before saying yes to a new role, project, client or favour: sleep on it. Log it below, decide tomorrow. Almost nothing genuinely needs an answer on the spot, and the few that do are usually the ones worth declining.

You are charismatic and people ask you for things. That is an asset right up until your week belongs to everyone else.

Mind

The honest read on how you work, and the protocols built for it rather than against it.

Daily cognitive checklist

Body

Training, fuel, and recovery in one place. Log honestly rather than aspirationally — the point of the record is to show you the pattern, not to score you.
These targets are estimates, not gospel: 170cm at ~66kg with a physical job at Downer puts maintenance near 2,600–2,700 kCal, so the band below is a modest surplus for lean gain. Track intake honestly for two weeks and let the scale correct it — the numbers live in the PROFILE block at the top of the script.

90-Day Roadmap

Foundations → Build → Optimise. Three phases, twelve weeks, one direction.
Phase 1 has one job: prove to yourself that you do what you say. No revenue target, no launch — just floors held for four straight weeks. It will feel like the least ambitious month of your life. It is the one that makes the next two possible.

Goals

Time-boxed targets that sit alongside the daily system. Click a goal to expand it, or hit Edit to change any item, section or target — everything here is yours to adjust. Five are seeded to start; rename the venture one the moment you pick your primary.

Experiences

Deliberately not gamified. No streaks, no scores — just a place to protect a life from being crowded out by the rest of this dashboard. Discipline that costs you everything you enjoy does not last, and you are social by nature; starving that is not toughness, it is a slow leak.

Finance

This is the planning and tracking layer. It does not move real money — use it to decide the split, then set up the actual scheduled transfers in your banking app and your investing platform to match it.

Net worth & the ladder

The multi-million goal is a long ladder of unremarkable rungs. Log the number monthly — quarterly is fine — and let the trend do the talking rather than the target.

Setup checklist

Log

A running record — wins, setbacks, things worth remembering. New protocols and cards can be added to this dashboard any time; use this journal for your own notes in between.

Backup & restore

Your data syncs through the cloud, but keep your own copy too. Download a backup any time; if anything ever goes wrong, restore it here on any device and it'll sync back to the rest.

Settings

Every piece of written content in this dashboard lives here. Nothing requires opening the file in a text editor — change it, and it updates everywhere it appears.
Ventures, goals, habits, domains, subjects and assessments are edited on their own tabs, since that is where you are when you want to change them. This tab holds the things that used to be baked into the file: your profile numbers, the quotes, the Mind cards, both daily checklists, the training split, the roadmap, the finance buckets and the wealth ladder.
Set it up from scratch
Name, ventures, floors, habits, subjects — in five screens
Walks through the things that make this yours rather than a template. Safe to run any time — it starts from what you already have, and nothing you have logged is touched.
Navigation
Rename, reorder, or hide any tab you don't use
Hiding a tab keeps its data — it just stops taking up space. Today and Settings always stay.
Discipline Index weights
What the daily score actually measures
The default weighting assumes ventures and uni both matter and neither is allowed to win outright. If your priorities differ, change it — but change it deliberately, not on a day you are about to score badly.
Clear all logged data
Wipes every task, hour, habit tick, idea, venture, assessment, mark, journal entry and figure — everything you have recorded. Your settings and written content stay, and setup runs again so you can rebuild the ventures, floors and habits from scratch. There is no undo, so take a backup from the Log tab first.

Daily Review

An archive of each day — schedule, tasks completed and not completed, daily checklist, and your One Thing. Fills in automatically from the Today tab. Click a day to expand it, and tick off anything you missed on the day — retro-edits save and sync like everything else.
